Meet Sarah

Sarah's musical journey started early. Her mother recognised her innate musical talent and sent her for guitar lessons at the tender age of 7. A natural singer, Sarah would often sing and play tunes on her grandparent's piano by ear while visiting. Sarah's mother, recognising her potential, decided to explore her musical capabilities further.

While she excelled as a singer, the guitar presented a different challenge. Daily practice sessions, enforced by her mother before school, were met with reluctance and frustration. Eventually, at the age of 10, Sarah decided to quit. However, after a few weeks, she realised it was the one thing she was better at than the boys and convinced her mother to let her resume her guitar lessons.

Sarah continued her guitar lessons throughout school and into university. In her second year of university, she was offered a teaching position for guitar, confirming her passion for music. She made the decision to switch her degree from Pharmacy to Education to pursue music further.

Throughout her journey, choir played a significant role in her life, and she honed her performance skills in music extension with guidance from her singing teacher, Rachel Cairns. After high school, she further developed her contemporary style at The Voice singing school.

She credits her success to the brilliant and inspirational music teachers who have been a constant presence in her life. These mentors taught her valuable lessons in resilience, professionalism, and creative self-expression, and she remains forever grateful for their guidance and tutelage.

As a musician, Sarah is part of people's most memorable occasions. She believes she has a truly special job. Establishing 'Sarah Little Entertainment' is Sarah's professional pledge to always bring her A-game to every single client.
